Return and Exchange Eligibility

• Timeframe: Refund or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Wigs must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
• Try-On Policy: Use the wig cap provided to try on your wig to maintain its original state.
• Alterations: DO NOT sew on the wig, add clips, or bands, as altered wigs are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
• Tags and Receipt: All original tags must remain attached, and the wig must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed for eligible returns only.
• Original packaging and condition are required.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchange Policy
